PETERSON SPACE FORCE BASE (AFNS) -- As an intensive care unit chaplain at Regions Hospital’s level 1 trauma center in St. Paul, Minnesota, then-ICU and palliative care Chaplain Conner Simms witnessed both inexplainable miracles and unimaginable losses.
